1. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their service requests before the generation of reports or consultations. Once the report is generated or consultation is initiated, cancellations are no longer permitted.

2. Refund Policy

Josiya Tech follows a strict no-refund policy in most cases. Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. All refunds will be governed by Razorpay's Terms and Conditions. By making a payment, you agree to abide by these terms.

3. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a report is generated or a consultation is completed, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
